　Atelier de fromage(Head office,Main Store,Atelier and Restaurant “Formaggio”)is located in Tomi city of Nagano prefecture and richly endowed with nature.Tomi city is known for grapes（Kyohou）and walnut(Kumumi).Thanks to a low amount of precipitation,we are in a optimum enviroment for the cheese making.
